Tongela Smith launched Woman2Woman Community Network in the year 2022. The purpose of Woman2Woman is to engineer a mindset metamorphosis level in women of all ages that will provide an optimistic boldness, inclusive of a heartening spirit, in a non-competitive environment through inspiration, education, adoration, and devout support for one another.
Amanda Stenson is responsible for maintaining all Woman2Woman Community Network administrative records, documenting the organization's monthly meetings, and providing the Advisory Board with information on any decisions and meeting discussions.
Monica Jackson Moore administers the work of the Woman2Woman Community Network by encouraging teamwork and mutual support; and providing leadership for all. Additionally, she oversees special
events and activities for women.
Latish Bryant works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. She provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the organization's success, and she manages special projects for the CEO, some of which have organizational impact.
Lynn Miller works with the Woman2Woman Community Network Advisory Board to create a budget based on known costs, anticipated expenditures, and expected income. She coordinates and manages the organization's finances, budgets, and scholarships. Additionally, she assists in scholarship distributions for women experiencing financial hardships who might otherwise be unable to attend events.
Tongela Jones coordinates in-house events, such as holidays and retreats, for the Advisory Board. She ensures the Advisory Board stays connected, endeavoring to fellowship on a deeper level. Additionally, she is responsible for acquiring and organizing event venues, music, and presentation.
Chris Scott is responsible for recruiting, supporting, equipping, and mobailizing leaders globally. She offers leadership development training in addition to providing women with collaborative skills and a host of evidence-based programs, including a life coach certification and spiritual development classes.
Tonja Wright is responsible for bridging the generational gap between the community and the Woman2Woman Community Network. She has a passion to provide the younger generation with leadership
skills and styles.
Rhena Bundick is responsible for maintaining all social media platforms for the Woman2Woman Community Network, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. She provides attractive and informative social media campaigns. Additionally, she establishes relationships with businesses that align with the organization's mission on social media.
Tina's role is responsible for building a structure to create increased awareness of the Women Lead Change brand, including developing and implementing marketing initiatives, projects and programs.
