This organization was created by Tongela Smith, founder of Woman2Woman Community Network Inc. LLC, an origination dedicated to the development of effective women leaders whether working in a corporate office, entrepreneurship or a homemaker.
Tongela Smith is one of the most impactful, relatable and compassionate voices of our era. She is a speaker, recording artist, author and visionary transforming lives of women across the globe.
Once a backup vocalist for the godfather of soul James Brown, and a single mother struggling to discover her own identity. She admits that she learned some of life’s most important lessons the hard way, but God stepped in and turned her misery into ministry.
Tongela combines her spiritual journey, leadership wisdom, and depth of spiritual understanding to help expose and shatter the forces that hold human souls’ captive. Her purpose is to empower people of all walks of life to break free from social, psychological, and physical limitations caused by toxic belief systems and the scars of life.
Since the age of 16, she's mentored youth and young women, helping them navigate everything from school to motherhood to poverty. Through her weekly prayer calls and annual women’s conferences she has catapulted countless women to success in their jobs, marriages and careers.
She's worked with everyone from CEOs to inmates and currently working with a local Sheriff Office as a Workforce Development Program Coordinator. Tongela has received numerous awards in New York and Georgia for her groundbreaking programs focused on developing women leaders who change the world.
Her most recent passion project is Woman2Woman (W2W) Community Network Inc., LLC. The organization is dedicated to the development of effective women leaders whether working in a corporate office, entrepreneurship or a homemaker. The goal is to support and empower women and create trailblazers in their respective fields.
W2W also has the "Next Generation" young leadership program designed to help develop and build self-esteem and confidence in young women who are ready to influence their communities.
Tongela is a proud wife, mother, grandmother, educator, pastor, entrepreneur and Certified Life Coach, an innovator, pioneer, mentor, encourager. Those are just a few words that describe Tongela Smith. Her impact is felt in every space she occupies.

The Woman2Woman Community Network, LLC is to provide a platform in a positive environment for career-focused women to meet monthly to discuss and share their experiences in their careers. The organization provides a venue for business networking and allows women to connect, have an open conversation, and truly support each other.
OUR GOAL
The goal of the Woman2Woman Community Network is to support and empower women and discuss women's leadership. With a great support system built amongst strong women, ideas and strategies will be
shared to help relationships grow.
The Next Generation Leaders (Ages 14-18 years)
Our "Next Generation" young leadership program is design to help develop and build self-esteem and confidence in young women who are ready to influence their communities by making a positive impact in their surroundings by attending a monthly virtual professional development.

Woman2Woman Young Adult Mentorship Program aims to connect, guide, and support ambitious
young people in making an impact in their studies, careers, and communities. We all seek to empower by building a generation of impactful members of society, that are ready to serve the world and contribute effectively to decision-making in public, private ad multilateral institutions.
While enrolled in NGLA expected to be stretched, encouraged, listened to and prayed for. In this
academy we firmly believe that ambitious young people seeking to make a sustainable positive impact on the world must be actively supported, nurtured, and mentored to flourish and reach their full potential.
