Woman2Woman Young Adult Mentorship Program aims to connect, guide, and support ambitious.

Young people in making an impact in their studies, careers, and communities. We all seek to empower by building a generation of impactful members of society, that are ready to serve the world and contribute effectively to decision-making in public, private ad multilateral institutions.

While enrolled in NGLA expected to be stretched, encouraged and listen to. In this

academy we firmly believe that ambitious young people seeking to make a sustainable positive impact on the world must be actively supported, nurtured, and mentored to flourish and reach their full potential.

 “Youth Academy” 

The aim of the Woman2Woman Young Adult Mentorship Program is to educate, aid, direct, and nurture determined youthful individuals, providing them with the posture and skills necessary to possess a categorical impact on businesses, communities, and other entities, thereby enabling them to become devoted and outstanding contributors to society. The goal of the organization is to empower these youth to assist in shaping a generation of impactful members both nationally and globally to serve communities, meritoriously contributing to the decision-making process in public, private and multifaceted institutions.

About the Next Generation Leadership Academy

As a student of the NGLA, the learning capabilities of the participants are significantly expanded; the students are encouraged, they receive the complete attention of the instructors. It is the uncompromising belief of the academy directors that ambitious young individuals seeking to fashion a sustainable positive impact on the world, must be enthusiastically championed, nurtured, and mentored in an effort to flourish and achieve their maximum potential.

This is a Nine-month program in length.
